1. Service Description

Wellatio Care acts as an aggregator and facilitator for diagnostic laboratory testing. We provide home sample collection services and deliver digital reporting through our NABL/ICMR accredited laboratory partners. The reports provided are for diagnostic purposes and should be interpreted by a qualified medical practitioner.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Home collection slots are subject to availability. You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled collection time. For cancellations made after the phlebotomist has been dispatched, a nominal visit fee may be charged. Non-refundable tests will be explicitly marked during the booking process.

3. Sample Collection & Reporting

While we strive to ensure timely report delivery (typically 12-24 hours for routine tests), turnaround times are estimated and may vary depending on test complexity, lab volume, or technical issues. Wellatio Care is not liable for indirect damages arising from delayed test reports.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our platform are inclusive of standard collection charges unless specified otherwise. We accept online payments and cash on home collection. We reserve the right to revise prices for preventive health packages and tests without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The diagnostic services provided rely on the accuracy of the technical processing by partner labs. Wellatio Care's liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific test in the event of proven gross negligence in sample handling or reporting.
